Mmmm dinner
Had to share tonight's dinner because it was a keeper. Ground turkey tacos with pintos, a little tomato paste, my own (waaaaay lower sodium) taco seasoning, weight watchers shredded cheese and low carb while wheat tortilla. Boyfriend would not stop saying how delicious it was. Yayyyy! A high protein, low cal meal I can make that we both love :)
Mmmm. Looks delicious. I'll be over at 7pm.

ReplyDeleteI make something just like that for breakfast tacos! Salsa instead of tomato sace and toss in some scrambled eggs. YUM!

ReplyDeleteyou ddidn't have trouble with the tortillas? i'm afraid to try bread/pasta/rice. i had one tiny piece of garlic bread last week, but as much as i love tacos, i'm off put by tortillas. weird, i know.
ReplyDeleteSo far I haven't had trouble eating ANYTHING. I actually wish I would, since that would mean I had a bit more restriction :)
DeleteI can still eat tortillas, and I love to make tacos! I would probably have trouble with them in the morning, but by evening I don't seem to have as much restriction. Those look delicious.
ReplyDeleteI love this burrito/taco stuff! I have been avoiding the tortillas, They go down fine but they are usually 140 calories on top of the insides. But YUM!!
ReplyDeleteThe ones I use (La Tortilla Factory--Low Carb/Whole Wheat) only have 50 calories and 10 carbs each. And they're really good!
